Good size for home made ITBs?

What would be a good size (mm) for a set of home made ITBs? I have a B16A and have been looking around, but am not sure what would make an ideal setup to get good airflow. Any help is appreciated.

is your engine stock? if yes check out homemadeturbo.com low 4x.0mm
if it is heavily modified check into twm or toda low 5x.0mm

currently stock, but im getting cams, cam gear, header and exhaust somewhat soon.
