I was thinking those numbers were low to? But I dont know what that engine had stock so.

He did say the header is damaged and that it should easily get 190whp with a new one. It got banged up because the car is low.

Any parts in there that arn't good?

The guy was a Nissan mechanic and now is an aircraft mechanic so he does know how to build.

He was telling me that the car is loud and I you have to watch for cops. I was on the phone with him while driving and I could hear it lol.

He also said it might not pass emitions.

Hahahahahahahahahaha.

Might not? It is blatantly illegal. Does a head swap from a different engine in not legal on any pollution controlled vehicle in the US.

Of course, if you live in a state that doesn't actually check for such things, its not a concern.

I think its just bent. I really like this car. Just have to raise it a bit.

Are these platforms good for raceing. I'm sure its built a lot better then my made in Mexico Spec-V. Awsome preformance but not so high in Quality.

Where are these 2000 SiR Civic's built?
