Gone 4 months, car won't start

Gone 4 months, car won't start
So I just returned to the states and put the battery in and the car turns over and gets fuel, but will not start. It is a 2000 integra gsr and from what tests i have done, it is not getting any spark and i've checked many connections like cap and rotor and i figure it must be electronic somewhere. Any ideas would be much appreciated, Thanks guys!

sorry took awhile to respond, holidays and whatnot.
Yea it's getting power and took off the cap, still no spark at the coil/spring, but the igniter is switching on and off when starting the car, one thing though, is the negative wire going to the coil suppose to blink too, cause it does? Don't wanna buy a new coil if it's not the problem since it's impossible to return electrical parts.
