So I have a 1991 honda accord ex. I've been driving it for about a year and my gas hand has always read empty. About a month ago I cut on my car and my gas hand started working . I drove to work and when I got off and cut the car on I slowly watched the hand go back to empty. It works on and off since then. Today I hit the top of the dash board to see if it would work and it did. What can I do to fix this. I figure it's something in the dash board and not the tank.
