Default Gap distance for spark-plug

I just got some platinum 4 prong spark plugs. I wondering what the gap distance should be and how to go about doing it. I have this coin type thing for a 1 prong plug. You slide it under and spin till it is at the correct distance.

you are NOT to adjust the +4 plug gap.
