Default future type r head plans (need some guidance)

I plan on getting the type r head kit that acura sells. It includes the head , cams , retainers valve springs, valves and rocker arms. Now i have a 2001 integra gsr. Should i get the type r had milled or get a thicker head gasket when i get it in b/c my compression i know will go lower. What should i do? ANd if anyone has done this before plase tell me your thoughts and if its even worth doing this.

I am also going to be installing a type r head on my gsr...a 97 itr head to a 94 gsr...In order to increase the compression I am putting itr pistons in the bottom end...you are going to have to put a thinner head gasket...and you will not see the gains you should unless you put in higher compression pistons...if not then upgrade the gsr head...one more thing...You will need a new intake manifold as your old gsr one will not fit...

cheers
