Check your wiring inside, How exactly is your turn signals, brake lights tied in to your interior fuse? I blew my interior fuse, and lost cluster lights, shifter lights, dome lights, all that...anyway see if something is inside the cig lighter, thatll do it.
R A D I O.....check the radio wiring: orange "ILLUMINATION" wire. Make sure it is properly taped off if you're not using it. That wire is connected to the same circuit as the lights that are not currently working.

OK, first off, NEVER install a bigger fuse, you can burn your car to the ground doing that.
If you seen smoke then you have damaged the wiring harness, the lead that that fuse protects has gotten hot enough to smoke, that means wire insulation has melted, shorting that lead to other leads in the harness bundle.
Time for a new harness, or pull that one apart and repair it. 94

ok my first guess of what it is would be your running lights shorting out somewhere in the harness. take the bulbs out of the running lights and see if there is a connection between the two wires in the connector. if there is, theres a short in the wiring
well first it was my brake light then couple after 2 days everything stop working excpt headlight
What trim level, CX/EX/DX/HX/SI???
Is it still the Civic fuse box and wire harnesses, [other then engine harness]?
You said you do not have, "turningsignals, brake light, license light, running light" does that mean you do have interiour lights like dome/map lights?
Signal lights should have their own fuse, switched power.
Brake lights and horn are normally on their own fuse, unswitched power,
Park/running lights will be on their own fuse unswitched power.
So I am guessing you have more then just one problem, as the case would be of the harness gor burnt. 94
