Default Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor low input?

Soooooooo....Since today was raining and still is, I decided to finally check my Check Engine Lights since its been on for a while. Actually, it's been on since I got my min-me swap done. Now, my mini-me works great and no complaints here, but ever since, CEL 91 (Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor low input)always comes on. I've checked it over and over and reset my ecu over and over. It stays off after I reset the ecu, until I start it up. Then the CEL comes on. I'm just wondering what could cause this light to go on. I haven't noticed any performance harm. Sooooooooooo....I was just wondering what I should look for to make this code stop coming on. Thanks in advance.
