Icon6 Fuel system question

I am having a problem with my fuel pump not turning on for those three seconds when I turn the ignition on. Now I checked the relay and it does work (put it in a friends car) So im stumped...Now everything was working 8 months ago when I parked the car due to spun bearing. So I dont believe it would be the pump.

Any ideas...would the ecu have something to do with this? A friend of mine was using my ecu said he had no problems. Oh and I just swapped another ls motor into it.

Car is a 96 Acura Integra ls OBDII

Get your foot off the gas! jk Possibly a large vacuum leak or the throttle cable may not be adjusted properly.
