Default fuel regulator recommendations?

i'm looking to replace my stock fuel regulator. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm currently looking at this SARD regulator right now but am confused on exactly what regulator to buy. Also, I hear that AEM regulators suck and break easily, so does anyone have any info on that?

yeah the Aem fpr .p.o.s ..the spring loses tension ..cause fuel pressure to act funy
B&m is a good way..although the hacked stock piece is not the greatest but cool
