Default Fuel Pump Questions???

crx(91) b16a
I have a inline walbro and the stock pump in the tank. when ever i push the throttle in half way the car leans out. i tapped the walbro into the yellow/black power wire from the stock pump, so is are the pumps not getting enough power??
What else could it be. i was blowing a 10a fuse in the alternator/solenoid valve slot. replaced with 15a and iv been ok. iv done a 0bd1 swap also, so i wired the injectors up, o2, and distributor. please give me some ideas!!!!!!!!!!

maybe check the ground wire (the contact tends to rust for the crx from my understanding) if you suspect it isnt getting enough power to the pump.

what about fuel pressure, fuel filter, bad o2, ecu?
