Default fuel pump/ flow

anyone have experience with fuel pumps as far as a 93 civic cx pump being sufficient enough to run a d15b? i would think it should...but im just wondering.

also....i was able to get a d15b longblock cheap so i just through it in my car using my cx harness. i had to modify one or two sensors and i dont have vtec. i dont really need it, i dont need the extra power really, but it feels like make the cx computer isnt good enough to run thevtec motor. and again, im not lookin to make it a racecar..i just need it to get to school and work. it idles fine and first gear is fine. i was just wondering why it kinda tappers off with high speeds. i also adjusted tps already.

sorry for the story.
