Default fuel problem??

so i have a 93 civic dx d15b7 with headers and intake.

it has an idle problem i searched and found the FITV and IACV threads. I cleaned them etc. The car still idles loopy.

My hose from the fuel tank that goes to the rail is cracked. i always get a nice smell of gas when i drive the car hard and come to a stop light. If i drive the car hard and then stop the rpms bounce 1k to 1.5k. Now if i drive normal it rarely happens. and it always idles btween 1k-1.5k when its cold.

ive cleaned the TB IACV FITV throttle cable.
i have a feeling my problem is fuel related. What is a common factor for idle problems with fuel. should i check the fpr? replace filter? please any help i tohught i could have solved this problem today but i can't

check the vacuum hose for the FPR idle issues are mostly vacuum lines. double check them all. You can try the can of carb cleaner trick spray it around and if your idle changes you have found your vacuum leak.
I would say if that does not change tune up plugs, air filter, and fuel filter. Cap, rotor spark plug wires I don't see being a idle issue but you never know.
