Default Fuel Pressure Regulator

I just bought a Fuel Pressure Regulator, But it didn't tell me what pressure I should have it on. I have a 1995 Honda Accord EX

If anyone could tell me what to put it on I would appreciate it, Thanks

38 - 46? That is a wide range. IS there a good number, Or should I just play around with it till the car seems to run at it's best?

youre really supposed to go get it tuned, but if you must choose something then just set it at 39. with integras the concensus with regular boltons seems to be 39-41
