Default Fuel Pressure Problem!!

I have already searched and went to the endyne site and modified my FPR, but my Fuel Pressure still stay constant at 50psi at the lowest setting! It can be adjusted up and down, just not below 50 psi!

Anyone else have any ideas?

Maybe you have some restriction in the fuel return line. The FPR works by putting back-pressure on the fuel return line. But if there's some OTHER blockage in the return line, the FPR is powerless to do anything about it.

You should get an AEM unit, good quality.
What FPR do you have now.

I'm not sure, never happened to me, so I'm just thinking of silly ideas...

Take the return hose off of the FPR, blow compressed air into it?

Did you do any kind of work where maybe you pinched the return line when you reinstalled something?

I'm not even sure where the return line goes exactly. Underneath the car? Ever bottom out on a speedbump & crush it? Crush it with a jackstand??

Well What EXACT fuel mods do you have (important) If you have a 200LPH fuel pump or higher. than The B&M gotta go. The output diamiter is to small to let the extra fuel out fast enough, cause the B&M units use stock internals.
I Dropped in a Walbro 255HP, and I had to swap my B&M for a standalone AEM unit.... Here is more INFO. : http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=10736
