Default Fuel pressure gauge

My friends civic has a fuel pressure gauge that was on ther when he bought the car its hooked up kinda the light works on it when you turn th ecar lights on but it doesnt ever read any pressure. I have seen on eloose wire under the hood but havent traced it yet but I have a felling its the one for the gauge. His car has a AEM fuel rail in it also. Where would I connect the wires for the fuel pressure gauge to work properly?

if its an electronic fuel pressure guage than the wire should be hooked up to the sending unit which would be somewhere around the fuel rail or fuel filter.

What brand of gauge & sender does he have? Maybe its just a ground problem. Maybe the sender is no longer good. But just in case he needs one.....https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=708300
