Default fuel pressure

For a B16 is it bad to run 50psi for the fuel pressure? I had it set for 40psi with vaccum on and noticed it was 50 with the vaccum off. The car runs great and pulls better. I was told i should advance my timing forward a bit, but i dont know if he knows what he talking about. Also my friend checked my plugs and said it didnt look like i was running rich. I just want to make sure i dont ruin my car.

would it be fine to keep it there or should i lower i a bit. I heard that to gain hp with the skunk2 IM you need to bump the fuel pressure 5psi, but i dont have access to a dyno yet so i dont know if it help alot yet.

For the mods that you have you could lower it a couple of psi.
as far as the timming you can advance it, but keep it within spec(hint:18)
