fuel pressure

I have a 97 Civic ex w/ ihe obd 2-1 swap, vafc, and fp regulator i just put on...just wondering if anyone knew what i should set my fuel pressure to and wide throttle on my vafc to. Any help would be appreciated

Ok well does anyone happen to know the nearest dyno tune place up near fort walton beach/pensacola/panama city is?
