Default Fuel limiter

I'v hit my fuel limiter a couple times in the last two weeks...is that a very bad thing or just something to avoid? I just love going 8k+

Well, its not good for the engine. Basically what happens, is your engine goes lean at high rpms. Good way to stop the revs, but potentially disasterous. Stay away from that part of your tach if you don't want trouble.

Yea, avoid it if you can. Save your enthuisasm and shift at 8k, not 8k plus... I think I heard TOO say once that the rev limiter was like "hitting your engine with a hammer" lol
