FUEL INjector/COmputer problems!!
Here is the situation... i have a supercharged(jackson) JDM b16a2(obd1) in my 97 hatch. Right now it is running on 3 cylinders because the #1injector is NOT working. I switched the injectors around so i KNOW thats not the problem. I checked my wiring with my volt meter and the results were::: All the working injectors fluxuate between 1-2volts whereas the #1 stays at a steady 13-14volts. What is up with this?? Is it possible its an ECU problem?? ADVice PLEASE! Thanx
Hey, ALL the wiring is basically stock with the exception being where i spliced on the OBD1 injector clips! Ive of course already checked that.. what is going on with this??
Hey i of course did THAT too...the only thing that COULD have slipped and cause this problem is the injector 1 pin and ive checked that! ive determined that the yellow/black wire on the clip is givving the right voltage(consistent with the others..about 13volts) and the brwn wire is the signal wire from the ECU. Ive tested the system by running a fake brwn wire STRAIGHT from the ecu, to the injector clip and this STILL didnt solve my problem... what u think?
