Default fuel injector compatability

between two cars that have the same type of injectors (eg: saturated) but have different obd systems (obd1 vs obd2), is any wiring necessary to transfer injectors from one car to another? for example, my obd1 d16 needs larger injectors. what would it take to fit and make use of injectors from an obd2 b16? thanks

From my understanding they will work, but the obd2 ones aren't bigger. They are both 240cc. Get some vtec lude ones if you need bigger, I believe these are 290cc.
