Default Front Tortional AC Mount

I'm installing my turbo kit and the down pipe hits that front tortion mount where ac would be mounted to. For now I have taken it out, do I really need that mount? Seems like it really doesnt do much

Umm, thats an extremely important mount. Thats what keeps the engine from rocking extremely bad during load on the engine (i.e., pushing the gas pedal down). I would be finding another way to route the piping, cause the engine can rock enough without that mount to mash parts on the back of the intake manifold against the firewall.
