Front brake conversion
I have a 1995 Del Sol and I went to the Honda dealership service center and asked if I could just change the size of my front rotors from the stock 9.44 ones I have on now to the larger 10.3. He said if they fit on then no problem. But if I was to change the rotors without having larger calipers with larger brake pad area, what good would it do, since the braking surface area would be the same?
Any comments?

Also the rear lower control arm bolt broke any suggestion for that, I wanted to put in my new koni yellows.

Depending on how well the rotor was built. I would just say that it increases your area to dissapate heat. Not too mnay benefits from a rotor alone.
I agree absolutely, I'm not exactly sure what this guy was talking about. Do anyone know the name of the Salvage yard book of interchangeable parts?
