fpr for vafc on na with bolt ons.....?
alright so i just ordered vafc for my 2nd gen b16 with the following mods:
CTR cams
camp1320 gears
ITR manifold
AEM CAI
DC 4-1 header
2-1/4" custom exhaust
removed p/s, a/c
zex kit, plugs, wires
vafc
i know that a lot of people who run FI get a fpr to go with the vafc to raise the pressure then tune it down with vafc, my question is will i be missing out on power by sticking with the stock fpr?
thanks in advance

the reason i ask is because the nearest dyno is 3 hours away, so i can only make is down once in a while, if it'd be worth saving for the fpr then tuning i'd do that....open to comments/suggestions u basts

the fpr will allow you more room with the fuel tuning.
some tuners just set it and forget it (tm)...so I'd ask your tuner if they would bother if you put on an FPR.
The b&m runs about $90 out the door (with gauge). You can find them cheaper already modified.

thanks guys, its not that price is the whole issue, sure id like to save a few bucks if i could, but overall the goal is power. calling them ahead of time is a good idea though, im considering throwing a fuel rail in with it maybe.....
