could you be more specific..do you mean faulty from the factory?there are about 10 different spark plug conditions each one has different symptoms(worn/carbon deposits/ash deposits/detonation/preignition/too hot/etc.)

Well, engine is shaking and creating smoke in the valve cover, but not in the exhaust. It was smoother before even before when it had these symptoms, but now it hesitates at times too and hard to start at times. I'm sure my car already has blow-by, just wondering if I can prolong the life of my engine as much as I can. Oh yeah, I have a turbo Accord.

i only use ngk or denso spark plugs..try em out and for the smoke its probably your valve seals or somekind of seals letting smoke through..take a plug or two out and see what they look like..then post it up and peeps will tell you whats going on with your motor

k0o, thanks for the information. So it could be valve seals. I always though it was piston rings. No smoke comes out of the exhaust, but after a while, it looks like I get an oily film on the rear of my car. So I thought that's why my rings are gone. Also, my idle is getting more and more shakey and the pressure readings on my V-AFC are more erratic. Before I used to be consistant -515mm/Hg of pressure. Now it varies more erraticaly from -470-513mm/Hg
