Default Flywheel marking

I have a fidanza 8lb flywheel and it doesn't come marked... as in timing marks. I was wondering once installed and having at TDC, can the TDC be marked for 0 deg... and then go, lets say 16 deg, from center of the flywheel from the TDC mark for the ignition timing mark? If so do you go clockwise or counter clockwise from your TDC mark?

I think the timing marks you're referring to are on the crankshaft pulley, not the flywheel.

I know on my H23 theres a little rubber stopper that you can remove and it exposes the flywheel teeth and theres a pointer to indicate and adjust ignition timing... The marks are on the flywheel.

If you look close it should be on there, its a small little dot, all the fidanza ones we've installed had the dot ( for the h22 / h23 )
