Do Fidanza flywheels have a timing mark??? (i need to know asap)

you can set the timing from the flywheel, correct? Can you do this on a Fidanza flywheel?

you can set the timing from the flywheel, correct? Can you do this on a Fidanza flywheel?

I know some of the blocks have that little rubber service area that can be removed to see the flywheel, forget which ones though. I'm assuming it's for setting timing.
