Default Flywheel comparison help

I currently have a usdm type R flywheel in my gsr...is it worth it to spend 250 and swap it to the act flywheel....street lite i think its called? or should i just leave it and spend money elsewhere? keep in mind i'm having my clutch changed too. Thanks. any help is greatly appreciated.

If you do race, lighter the better. but, too light flywheel makes your car too nervous.
I rather keep that type R flywheel. that's lighter than gsr and well balanced.

stick with the type r flywheel, just resurface it when you put your clutch in.
