Default flywheel for boosted car

okay okay I have searched and still cant make up my mind. Okay I have a 95 civic coupe with b18c1 turbo boosted 10 psi. I heard flywheels makes your car rev fast and hard. Some people say that if you put lighter then 12 and not making enough power might not have enough ballz to rock 23" slicks. I really dont believe that. Anyways my question is what is your opinion on stock, type r, or ACT streetlite flywheel which would you recommend or your experiences on it. I am here in Hawaii and its hard to get solid answers. Please help thanks

a lighter flywheel like an ACT will help your turbo spool up alot faster also.
