I'm about 99% sure that 2000 civic floor mat will if in my 1995 civic. But I wanted to ask.

They might "fit" but it's not a good fit and they are different part numbers. I can post the difference if you'd like

08P16-SR8-110 was the part number for the OEM black set but they are discontinued. You may search that part number otherwise a junk yard or used online is probably your best bet
