Default fixing knicked crank journals?

Alright, for my stock b18c1 rebuild, the machinist gave me the wrong main bearings. So, upon taking the crank out, I've noticed that the crank had knicked main journals. Is there any way to fix it? They're not TOO bad, but they're noticable both visually and by feeling them. If it cannot be fixed, then what is the going price on a used crank? Also, what cranks will work with the stock rods? Thanks.

if the knicks are minimal then a shop should be able to micropolish the journals back to spec. take it in for an evaluation
