Default Fixable chambers?

Are these fixable chambers? Here the story behind this, I traded a guy for my base model rsx k20a3 head for this head. I was going to go bseries and i figure this was a good deal because of the worthless k head that i have no use for. But the guy had the head and broke a valve and it floated and Tore the f outta the chambers so im planning to rebuild the head, new everything.

you could either have it ground, and lose some compression, or welded and then ground to get it back close to stock.

thats assuming theres no more damage to the seats or anything.

It would cost you more to fix that then buying a bare head from someone else, unless you find a really cheap machine shop that welds aluminum REALLY good.
