fitting lsd ( how to? )

anyone know of a online write up for fitting a lsd on a B series motor?

i wanna fit a gsr lsd to a B16 tranny but dont have a clue wot im doin... any help would be apreaciated

get a service manual for the gsr which includes info on the lsd... but that's the expensive route
