Firing on 3 Cylinders!!???

Firing on 3 Cylinders!!???
Right,sometimes,only sometimes,when i start my engine it sounds like its firing on 3 cylinders.It sounds like a subaru impreza? Why is this happening?When it does happen it goes away after about a minute???I dont have a clue whats goin on.
