Default Finaly finished my Poor Mans ITR !!!

I finally finished this bastard. Everythign worked out alot easier than i expected...everything looks as if its ok, pistons are clearing and everything seems fine. I just have to drop it in and crank her up.

What PSI should i set my fuel regulator to if im runnin 12.3:1 compresion on CTR pistons? I have 310's and a walbro pump...I was told around 60 psi to be on the safe side? what do you guys think

I am running extremely lean with the stock 240's on a 12:1 B20B. I will probably go to either 290 or 310's. Let us know how that thing runs. Hopefully you will not need to run at 60 PSI as that is getting pretty high.

60psi is kinda high, I'd really be shooting for around 47-50psi.

60psi is not kinda high when read with no vacuum.

Use 60psi initially, read with the vacuum line off, if you're using stock injectors.

remember, the more fuel you dump in your combustion chamber the higher the compression will be so adding more pressure wont necessarily help. start with stock and go from there.

it runs fine and everything...ive only put 10 miles on it and it still feels way stronger than the B16 i had. I kept it under 5 grand. I just have to get a valve adjustment, i tryed to do it myself but it wasnt that good.

The "poor mans ITR" is a GSR block, B16 head, and im using CTR pistons.

Anyway...ive since gotten my valves adjusted...thanks fo rthe offer Alex! and the only problem ive got so far is jus the VTEC wiring...but i dont realy need that for a break in period. But my PSI is steady at 50 right now...seems to be doin ok there, so i will leave that untill further tuning takes place. But thats about it for now...im gonna have some pics up soon. cya then
