3m window weld. I filled the drivers side mount. Most people say they wont do it ause its too messy but in reality its not that bad. Just put tape on one side so it doesnt goo out, fill it from the other side...and sand it off if you want

when i was young, i filled the motor mounts of my race car, a 4th gen hatch, with a mixture of fiberglass resin, unstrung fiberglass matt, and play sand.

I experienced no wheel hop, there was no movement, and I could catch 3rd with a stock clutch, where as i couldnt catch second before, so there is definitely positive momentum transfer, which was being lost with the rubber mounts.

I simply used black RTV silicon. Taped one side and used a caulking gun to fill that sucka up. My thinking was that the stock mounts are hollow and rather flimsy, so filling it with soft material would be a good comprimise between lotsa vibration and allowing the engine to torque sideways. I did all of them this way BTW. Initial results were promising, there's a definite increase in vibration, but it's not great and the clutch was brand new(Action Kevlar), so it's hard to tell what difference came from what, but I was blown away at how rapidly the car responded to input after that.

It's about $5 for a tube, and I got it at the local hardware store. It's moisture proof, I don't suppose it'll last forever with the heating and cooling effect, but I don't anticipate problems for years. Not sure how to answer your last Q. It's much stiffer than stock...but less stiff than urethane mount inserts. Cheap too.
