Default FiberLocking...? NEED HELP!!!

i drove my 1996 accord down to the valley and back and had no problem until i got back into town...that car started to putter and then just died. i tried to re start my car, the starter would over turn, but it just wouldnt start. it seemed as the car was fiberlocking.

anyone know what the problem might be?

The distributor is most likley bad, and YES they can go bad just like that.

Did you notice any other problems like the RPM needle being a little jumpy?

my accord i drove it to work fine, no symptoms or anything, and i did a compression test on it, and after that it wouldnt start, and i thought wtf could it be, and it was the distributor
