Default a few cam questions

ok i'm looking at getting some cams right now so i was doing some research on toda, skunk and ef-1 cams.
here is just the specs that i found.

TODA CAMS
SPEC A
IN 220 (6.0) - 290 (11.6) - 240 (9.0)
EX 220 (5.5) - 280 (11.2) - 240 (8.5)
SPEC B
IN 250 (11.0) - 295 (12.0) - 250 (11.0)
EX 250 (11.0) - 285 (12.0) - 250 (11.0)

EF-1 CAMS
M20--> 274 duration 11.5mm lift.
M21 --> 274 duration 11.6mm lift.
M22 --> 284 duration 12.1mm lift.

SKUNK2 CAMS
Stage I
IN. 0.456 (11.58), 252
EX. 0.426 (10.82), 249
Stage II
IN. 0.485 (12.32), 266
EX. 0.466 (11.84), 262
Stage III
IN. 0.504 (12.8), 270
EX. 0.465 (11.81), 279

now here is my question...why are all the specs shown differently. toda shows 3 (which i think are for each lobe?), ef-1 and skunk show only one spec which i assume is the vtec lobe.
now you can see the duration of the skunk cams, but what's up w/ the lift. what's the conversion so that you can compare them to the other two cams.

also i'm might be getting the skunk2 valvesprings becuase there on special when they come w/ the titanium retainers. now i heard the retainers are better stock becuase the titanium retainers wear out quicker.

the skunk lift specs are the numbers with the decimal (the first number before the comma) you just have to change it to metric
