Default Fans On Fluidyne Radiator?

a friend of mine is about to purchase a new fluidyne radiator for his crx, he wants to know if you need to still install your stock fans, can you use one fan, or use a FAL fan? ive seen pics in mags with cars with no fans, just a good radiator? can yall help him out for me?

unless you drive strictly on the highway and never in traffic then you don't need a fan. If you drive red light to red light a fan is a must in my opinion.
