OK First off heres my results
15mph- HC max 89, gross polluter 277, measured 129-fail
CO (%) max .53, gross polluter 2.03, measured .79-fail
NOx max 708, gross polluter 1944,measured-200 Pass
25mph- HC max 54, gross polluter 227, measured 31- Pass
CO (%) max .51, gross polluter 2.01, measured .01- Pass
NOx max 746, gross polluter 1744, measured 3584-gross polluter
The motor is a 96 b18c1 usdm gsr motor, it does have a milled head thinner head gasket and high compression valves bring it to 11:1 compression according to c-speed, the ecu is a p28 (in p72 casing of course), I was wondering if it would help me pass if i put the usdm type r program in my ecu, right now its some program called j`s racing which im guessing is not helping pass emissions at all, o and all this test was done on 91 octane with 3 bottles of heet(methyl alchohol. I fany one has any ideas so i can get this smogged please let me know i need to get this done soon.

i would diffently try a stock ecu program. The increased compression is going to make NOx higher. Retarding the ignition timing should lower NOx a tad. Make sure your cat is warmed up plenty by driving it on the freeway for a little while.
At 15mph your a little on the rich side, maybe check your o2 sensor and cat. converter.
At 25mph looks like it went lean, CO went down but NOx went up.

its like a 15 minute drive there on the freeway buit it sat around for a good half an hour before the test i think i am going to do the usdm type r program, and the timing is at 14 btdc, ill check my o2 sesnor i dont know if my cat is bad, im thinking about putting an evo cat on it if i fail my pretest after i check my o2 and get another ecu program
