f22a1 head on f22b2 block?

f22a1 head on f22b2 block?
I have a f22b2 in my 92 prelude. Can I put a f22a1 head on this block?
The car orriginally had an a1, I blew it up and put in the b2.
One other thing, do they make a stock exhaust manifold for the b2
in a 4-2-1 configuration? Right now I only have a single pipe off of the
manifold.
