Don't you have one???? Pull it out and read the code.

It is likely a variation of the H22a P5P, a prelude ecu would work anyway...a 96 P13 ecu would also work.

PCP-

Just go look at your head....the p13/p5p/pcp whatever is stamped on the head and it matches the ecu..

My money's on PCP....even though it is a drug

What are you asking?

THe P13/P5P and whatever ecu you are using are similar...but yours is for a 2.0 DOHC VTEC vs a 2.2L engine so the fuel/ignition maps are different

Well I just wounder why there are people would want to use other engine's ECU instead of their own.

So, I don't have to brother if I got V-AFC to handle to fuel mapping right?

Another question, would my ECU smart enough to do the fuel re-mapping if I change some parts say a bigger throttle body?

Other people do it because they are easier to program and the like...

Yes you don't need anything more than a V-AFC for your application I don't think...swapping ECUs wouldn't be a good idea...actually a 94-95 GS-R P72 ecu might actually be pretty good.....but anyways, V-AFC tuning would also be good.

The ecu does compensate for increased airflow etc, but usually not in a beneficial way. In North Amaerica at least 96+ cars try to keep out at stock settings by retarding timing/dumping fuel. That's why we use things like V-AFCs to fool the ecu into leaning out the fuel etc...

Oh Thanks satan!

So how is your F20B + H22A/H23A project?
