I had the cerametallic in my H22 hatch, was a little stiffer than stock and grabbed really quick. Lasted over 2 years and atleast 100 drag launchs on slicks.

organic is better if you want smooth engagement - like daily driving in mind.

then get the organic disc......the ceramic on will grab pretty hard causing the whole car to shake/jerk/stall

its mainly meant for road/drag racing........

I have : in my car, I don't hate it but I won't buy it again.

Reasons are The springs are squeaking like mad, the pedal feel is on the light side from what I thought i was going to get and the worst is I have NO confidence in it to make a hard launch on the street- I think its going to shatter or something.

I have had experience with both cerametallic and organic. Pressure plates are the same so both of them will be pretty stiff. But the cerametallic is quite a bitch to drive daily. Like what non-vtec said, the cerametallic grabs quickly. It's also very difficult to modulate the clutch properly. I lasted only around 3 months with the cerametallic before I decided to swap to an organic one, it now feels much much better.
