Default Engine will not Crank

I just swapped a new engine in my civic and its automatic...my car wont crank in Park, but it cranks in Neutral....what will i have to do to make it crank in park again? What kind of transmission fluid I should put in my car? Its a 98 ex honda civic engine.

sounds like your lock out switch.... the one that only lets your start your car in N or P

for some reason it's not picking up that your car is in park

Just put your car in N to start it
