Ok my buddy has a 98 acura cl with 2.3l (f23a1) and blew the engine. He purchased an engine online and they sold him a 2.3l (f23a). I did research and this appears to be for 98-02 accord. will this engine be plug and play or will i need to swap the ecu also?

 

It should be since they are both obd2
