ok, just bought an engine stand from AC DELCO, but i need to buy the actual 4 bolts that go into the engine seperately... does ANYONE know the size/specs of bolts i need? thanks!

don't have the tranny bolts.. just got the engine.. no tranny..?

 

Measure out how long the block and stand adapter are and go to home depot buy some bolts/washers/nuts. That's what I did.

 

dumb question, i didn't even think... and im gonna get kicked in the nuts for this one LOL. never had an engine on a stand before, so i didnt stop to think, where does it bolt in at?

 

a few of them you can feed through the block.... There's a whole where the block bolts into the transmission, so feed a bolt through the block. You can use a bolt the same pitch/thread of a transmission bolt into the block through the stand adapter. PM me if you have any other questions.
