Default Engine rebuild

I have a D15 in a 89 crx that I need to rebuild.
This car is raced in SCCA GTL I have raced all year on a stock motor.
The only upgrades that I have done are MPFI - remapped ECU to low temp 6800 rpms, high temp 7500 rpms - Si trans also running racing fuel 110 to 114.
This engine has run very well until the oil filter came lose.
Engine is running but I want to go through it.

This is what I was thinking (low cost ok) going with new stock rods-pistons 20 or 40 over, balancing, New valve springs - valves and after market cam.

Any help or Idea's?

What do they alow per the rule book. The car with a stock engine will be faster on 93 octane pump full or at the most VP Red or Sunoco GT unleaded.110 or 114 octane will slow you down bigtime.

I can do just about any thing to the motor, can not change the stroke on the crank.
Can go up to 40 over on pistons.

The only thing is the 110 and the 114 burned off faster.
No lost HP

Only bore the engine enough to get the cylinders round and straight.Usually .25mm will due it.Raise the compression and use the LS (B18a,b) rods or Eagles.Use a piston in the 12:1 range.Get it tuned with Uberdata or a Hondata.Did you dyno it with both fuels, because I have never seen a stock honda without a power adder make more power with a fuel over 100 octane.

No dyno time just track time have used 93 - 110 and 114 the 93 last longer
The 110 & 114 are both race gas from the track.

Do you think I need to post this on the all motor forum?
