Default engine problems (spark plugs)

my friend was just recently cleaning his engine with some engine cleaner. he does not have a spark plug wire cover and some water has gotten into the cylinders where his spark plugs are. any ideas on what to do, car is running shitty right now. he has a b16.

The engine heat will eventually evaporate the water, or you could blow it out with compressed air, or suck it out with a straw.
