Default engine problems

Friend of mines 92 accord broke down last night. He said it started making some grinding noises then quit. There was oil and anti freeze all over the place including up into the spark plugs. You can here it trying to turn over but when I pulled off the distributor cap the piece inside that rotates to create the spark does not rotate. Any ideas what this could be? Is the motor toast?

the oil pump could have went bad and made the cam freeze up in the motor causing the rotor cap not to turn, ive seen it done before, the cam sticks right to the cam caps, pull ur valve cover off and check out the cam.
