Engine overhaul's
has anyone on the H-T community done a compleat overhaul such as gasket location block/head, torque specifications, clearances, so on and so forth. maybe such engines that should be cover would be the more popular engines like d16 z6 y7 y8 and b series b16 b18 ls gsr type r, b20 and the k series. i found a shorter version for what im talking about in the 92-2000 civic/ del sol forum. it was a b16 bottom end build. but there could have been more to it. so if someone or a few would like to take the time to make this happen lets do it.
Honda shop manuals have everything that you would want to know about a complete tear down and rebuild of all there engines. Why would anyone, that is not being paid, spend there time doing a step by step for something that has already been done by Honda, Helms and Haynes?
Crack open a Chiltons or Helms manual and you'll find all the info you need. They even have pictures.

the bottom end is pretty much the complicated part as far as clearances and etc. if u think about it there's not much to the head (to a certain extent) when it comes to putting in the cams or the valvetrain etc.
so i dont think anybody will post up the rest of their build assembling the head etc.

"D16Z6 stock torque specs" is what I typed in to get that list. Now when I just googled "D series torque specs" It pointed me back here too good ol H-T and this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1169414
Sometimes you may have to actually read a few of the links in the results before you find what you want. You may even have to look at more than just the first page of Google results to find what your looking for. I know that this day in age most people expect the answers to be the first one in the results list. Unfortunately it isn't always that easy.
